证监会新闻发言人就私募基金DMA业务有关情况答记者问
问:近日，有媒体报道私募基金DMA 业务收紧，证监会对此有何评价？
多空收益互换（DMA）是私募基金与证券公司开展的市场中性策略交易，私募基金多头选择一篮子股票，同时使用股指期货套期保值，获得对冲后的选股收益。
前期，私募基金因策略原因在市场波动过程中出现了部分净值回撤，证券公司和私募基金等主动加强风险防控，稳步降杠杆、降规模，风险得到了一定程度消化。
根据中证机构间报价系统股份有限公司数据，春节后开市以来DMA业务规模稳步下降，日均成交量占全市场成交比例约3%。DMA业务平稳降杠杆，有助于市场风险防控，有利于市场的平稳健康运行。
下一步，证监会将对DMA等场外衍生品业务继续强化监管、完善制度，指导行业控制好业务规模和杠杆，严厉打击违法违规行为，维护市场平稳运行。
