港股异动 | 中芯国际(00981)现跌超4% 扩张计划持续推进 机构称公司重视扩产多于盈利能力
中芯国际(00981)现跌超4%，截至发稿，跌4.69%，报15.84港元，成交额12.1亿港元。
华兴证券指出，中芯多年扩张计划仍在稳步推进，目前更倾向于N22-28制程扩产，以避开12英寸/8英寸更成熟制程节点的竞争，因为在这些更成熟制程的领域，其他国内同业也具备相关产能并且持续扩张。根据中芯国际，N22-28制程产能扩张将在各地的超大型晶圆厂开展。
该行将中芯评级下调至“持有”，目标价由18港元下调至14港元。基于0.7倍2024年预测市账率，反映公司重视扩产多于盈利能力，令回报率及利润增长大幅下降，预测中芯的中期净资产收益率仅为低个位数水平，而其2024至2026年每股收益复合年增长率为25%。
