港股异动 | 贝壳-W(02423)跌超4% 二手房成交存在短期滞缓现象
贝壳-W(02423)跌超4%，截至发稿，跌4.3%，报35.6港元，成交额702.17万港元。
消息面上，根据诸葛数据中心监测数据显示，2024年第8周（2.19-2.25），重点10城二手住宅成交量为9997套，环比上涨611.02%，同比下降42.63%。与新房市场一样，受春节假期影响，二手房成交亦存在短期滞缓现象，当前成交量处于中低位水平，修复上升的趋势仍在。
国联证券指出，2024年以来，中央和地方出台多项政策促进房地产健康稳定发展，为二手房市场注入了更多的消费活力，提供了更灵活的交易空间。该行认为，随着因城施策的房地产政策不断完善和落地，二手房市场情绪有望进一步回暖。
