港股异动 | 香港地产股拉升走高 新世界发展(00017)涨超7% 香港楼市政策全面撤辣
香港地产股拉升走高，截至发稿，新世界发展(00017)涨7.14%，报10.5港元；九龙仓置业(01997)涨3.68%，报26.75港元；恒隆地产(00101)涨3.06%，报8.76港元；太古地产(01972)涨2.4%，报16.2港元。
消息面上，2月28日上午，香港特区政府财政司司长陈茂波发表2024/2025财政年度特区政府《财政预算案》。陈茂波表示，即日起，撤销所有住宅物业需求管理措施。今日起，所有住宅物业交易无须再缴付额外印花税、买家印花税和新住宅印花税。瑞银此前指出，如果政府全面撤辣，可能对发展商股价及实体市场产生一次性利好因素。
