港股异动 | 新世界发展(00017)涨近5% 报道称香港将取消部分购房印花税 公司将于明日发布业绩
新世界发展(00017)涨近5%，截至发稿，涨4.9%，报10.28港元，成交额1.22亿港元。
消息面上，新世界发展此前宣布将于2月29日（本周四）举行董事会会议，以（其中包括）批准刊发公司及其附属公司截至2023年12月31日止六个月的中期业绩及考虑派发中期股息。星展此前指出，新世界发展正在扩充租金收入基础，机场11 SKIES、启德零售商场及深圳K11 ECOAST，将会在中期提升集团的租金收入，改善盈利质素。
此外，据媒体报道，新一份《财政预算案》今日发表，香港据悉将取消部分购房印花税，包括取消买家印花税（BSD）、新住宅印花税（NRSD）及额外印花税（SSD）。
