靛蓝星(08373)公布，洛尔达有限公司，一家根据证券及期货条例可从事第6类(就企业融资提供意见)受规管活动的持牌法团，已获委任为独立财务顾问，以就要约(尤其是要约)是否公平合理及应否予以接纳，向独立董事委员会及独立股东提供意见。该委任已根据收购守则规则2.1获独立董事委员会批准。
