中国燃气(00384)终止船舶租赁合同
中国燃气(00384)发布公告，于2024年2月27日，中燃能源(公司的全资附属公司)(作为承租方)分别与富中传奇及富中荣耀(各自为两艘名为“中燃传奇*(CHINAGAS LEGEND)”及“中燃荣耀*(CHINAGAS GLORY)”船舶的拥有人)订立终止契约，订约方同意提早终止船舶租赁合同，自终止生效日期起生效。船舶租赁合同项下的所有权利及义务自各终止生效日期起终止。
集团根据终止契约确认的使用权资产总额减少约9.67亿港元。相较于船舶租赁合同项下的已确认未偿还结余总额约10.43亿港元的租赁负债，预期集团将取得提早终止船舶租赁合同的收益约7600万港元。提早终止船舶租赁合同将不会产生任何销售收益。
由于近年来液化石油气运输行业及液化石油气船舶租赁市场发生的变化，在租赁船舶方面恢复灵活性以满足其不断变化的液化石油气运输需求对集团而言乃属有益之举。终止船舶租赁合同可使集团检讨船舶租赁市场提供的条款，并透过寻求以现行船舶租赁市场提供的优惠条款租赁船舶以优化其经济利益。
