思考乐教育(01769)发盈喜 预计年度将取得净利润不少于8000万元 同比增加不少于47.0%
思考乐教育(01769)发布公告，集团预期截至2023年12月31日止年度将取得净利润不少于人民币8000万元，较截至2022年12月31日止年度的净利润人民币5440万元增加不少于47.0%。董事会也强调，截至2023年12月31日止年度的预期净利润已计入约人民币800万元的购股权福利费用(去年：零)及直播电商业务所产生的凈亏损约人民币1200万元(去年：零)，而直播电商业务已于2023年年底前终止，预期不会于2024年产生重大费用。除购股权福利费用及直播电商业务所产生的净亏损外，集团预期将取得经调整净利润不少于人民币1亿元，较去年的经调整净利润人民币5440万元增加约83.8%。
