汇财金融投资(08018)：将配发3.78亿股 相当于供股项下发售以供认购的供股股份总数的100%
汇财金融投资(08018)发布公告，于2024年2月15日(星期四)下午四时正(即最后接纳时限)，已收取合共2份有效接纳及申请，涉及合共1.69亿股供股股份，占根据供股提呈发售的供股股份总数约44.65%。于记录日期，概无不合资格股东，而不合资格股东未售出供股股份数目为零。根据上述有效接纳及申请结果，有2.09亿股受补偿安排规限的未获认购供股股份。
于2024年2月20日(星期二)下午四时正(即最后接纳时限)，配售事项下2.09亿股未获认购供股股份已以每股0.074港元的价格(相当于认购价)成功获配售。因此，配售事项下并无可供分派予不行动股东的净收益。
根据供股的接纳结果及配售事项的结果，将配发及发行的供股股份为3.78亿股，相当于供股项下发售以供认购的供股股份总数的100%。
