山东黄金(01787)：有色集团协议转让1253.56万股公司股份事项完成过户登记手续
山东黄金(01787)发布公告，公司于近日收到公司股东山东黄金有色矿业集团有限公司发来的《中国证券登记结算有限责任公司过户登记确认书》，获悉其协议转让公司部分股份给山东高速集团有限公司(“高速集团”)控股子公司山东通汇资本投资集团有限公司(“通汇资本”)的事项已在中国证券登记结算有限责任公司上海分公司办理完毕。
据悉，2023年12月8日，公司股东有色集团与通汇资本签署《股份转让协议》，有色集团以23.022元/股的价格通过协议转让的方式向通汇资本转让其持有的公司1253.56万股无限售条件的流通股股份。
根据《中国证券登记结算有限责任公司过户登记确认书》，上述协议转让股份事项已办理完成过户登记手续。
