泰格医药(03347)：杨波辞任独立非执行董事
泰格医药(03347)发布公告，杨波因个人工作原因申请辞去公司独立非执行董事职务，同时辞去公司董事会提名委员会主任召集人(主席)及委员、审计委员会委员、战略委员会委员等职务，辞职后不再担任公司任何职务。
经公司董事会提名委员会资格审查，公司董事会现提名补选刘毓文为公司第五届董事会独立非执行董事候选人，并同时担任公司第五届董事会提名委员会召集人(主席)及委员、审计委员会委员、战略委员会委员职务，任期自公司股东大会审议通过之日起至第五届董事会任期届满之日止。在股东大会审议通过前，杨波仍将继续履行公司独立非执行董事及董事会专门委员会成员的职责。
