汇森家居(02127)拟将中文双重外文名称更改为“汇森股份集团有限公司”
汇森家居(02127)发布公告，董事会建议将公司的英文名称由“Huisen Household International Group Limited”更改为“Huisen Shares Group Limited”，及将公司的中文双重外文名称由“汇森家居国际集团有限公司”更改为“汇森股份集团有限公司”。
建议更改公司名称须待股东于即将举行的股东特别大会上通过特别决议案批准建议更改公司名称；及开曼群岛公司注册处处长透过发出更改名称注册证书批准建议更改公司名称后，方可作实。
