太平洋网络(00543)发布公告，集团预期将于截至2023年12月31日止年度取得股权持有人应占净亏损约人民币2800万元至人民币3800万元，而2022年同期为净亏损约人民币670万元。董事会认为，有关预期亏损乃主要因以下各项所致：汽车业广告竞争加剧及营销模式改变;及2023年额外税项亏损未于年内确认为递延税项资产，且其为一项对现金流量并无影响的非现金费用，导致所得税开支增加。
