中国交通建设(01800)发布公告，公司2022年激励计划的首次授予激励对象中，8名激励对象因组织安排调离公司且不在公司任职，或因岗位变动导致不再属于2022年激励计划规定的激励范围，根据2022年激励计划及相关法律法规的规定，公司决定回购注销上述8名激励对象已获授但尚未解除限售的全部限制性股票。
公司拟回购上述8名激励对象持有的已获授但尚未解除限售的限制性股票共计150万股。
