京基金融国际(01468)发布公告，内容均有关诉讼编号为HCMP2024年第97号的原诉传票，于2024年1月26日，传票项下的(其中包括)临时禁制令申请聆讯已经召开，并由高等法院暂委法官黄若锋审理。在聆讯上，法院已颁令，禁制令的正式聆讯已延期至2024年4月8日。在等候禁制令申请的裁决期间，股份认购事项将不会交割。
