中行新任董事会秘书“水落石出”
1月26日，中国银行发布公告，当日公司召开了2024 年第一次董事会会议，会上同意聘任卓成文为该行董事会秘书、公司秘书。
卓成文担任该行董事会秘书的任职将在国家金融监督管理总局核准其任职资格后生效。
简历显示，卓成文出生于 1970 年，1995 年毕业于北京大学，获得经济学硕士学位，2005 年获得美国纽约城市大学工商管理硕士学位。具有中国内地和中国香港地区注册会计师资格。
卓成文于1995 年加入中国银行，曾先后担任中国银行纽约分行副总经理、中国银行财务管理部副总经理、中银香港（控股）有限公司财务总监等职务。
2014 年 12 月至 2016年 6 月，任中国银行财务管理部总经理。
2016 年 6 月至 2019 年 11月任，中银集团保险有限公司执行总裁、执行董事。
2019 年 11 月至 2021年 2 月，任中银香港（控股）有限公司风险总监。
2021 年 5 月起任中国银行总审计师，2022 年 1 月起兼任中国银行审计部总经理。
