东方证券(03958)发布2023年年度业绩快报，该集团期内取得营业总收入170.85亿元(人民币，下同)，同比减少8.78%;营业利润27.42亿元，同比减少13.75%;归母净利润27.5亿元，同比减少8.65%;每股基本收益0.3元。
公告称，2023年，公司坚持高质量发展总基调，保持战略定力，展现了一定的发展韧性，总体保持了较为平稳的经营业绩。公司营业收入和净利润变动的主要原因是手续费净收入同比减少，证券投资业务收入同比增加，子公司大宗商品销售收入及成本同步减少。
2023年末，公司总资产人民币3837.07亿元，归属于上市公司股东的所有者权益人民币787.50亿元，分别较上年末增加4.25%和1.76%。
