中国碳中和(01372)拟6000万港元收购中国生态环境发展全部股权
中国碳中和(01372)发布公告，于2024年1月26日，公司全资附属公司中国碳中和集团有限公司(买方)拟向卖方Stable Sheen Limited收购目标公司(中国生态环境发展有限公司)全部股权，代价为6000万港元，
目标公司主要从事投资业务，目标公司的子公司在国内提供环境保护和生态修复解决方案，包括绿化、山体植被恢复、污水处理、大气治理、湿地修复、以及废弃物资再利用等多个领域。
根据目标公司截至2023年12月31日止年度的未经审核财务报表，截至2023年12月31日，目标公司的子公司在国内提供环境保护和生态修复解决方案，可与集团的碳中和业务产生效应，实现协同效果提升集团的营运和营利能力。董事会认为，收购事项将进一步扩张集团业务计划。董事会认为买方向卖方收购销售股份符合公司利益。
