中金公司(03908)拟将“21中金G1”的票面利率下调至2.20%
中金公司(03908)发布公告，公司公开发行2021年公司债券(面向专业投资者)(第一期)(品种一)，简称“21中金G1”，发行总额为人民币20亿元，本期债券票面利率为3.58%。根据公司实际情况及当前市场环境，公司现拟将“21中金G1”后2年的票面利率下调138个基点，即2024年3月16日至2026年3月15日本期债券的票面利率为2.20%(本期债券采取单利按年计息，不计复利)。
