健世科技-B(09877)获董事会主席吕世文及执董潘斐合共增持387.2万港元的股份
健世科技-B(09877)公布，截至2024年1月26日，董事会主席、执行董事兼首席执行官吕世文及执行董事兼首席财务官潘斐已分别在市场以其自有资金购入公司若干股H股，代价分别约为329.1万港元及58.1万港元，总代价约为387.2万港元。
据吕世文及潘斐告知，股权增持是基于公司产品全球商业化顺利推进，彼等对公司长期发展潜力的信心，且不排除根据法律及法规适时进一步购入股份。
