中国恒大(03333)附属拟以1.38亿元让汕头市恒明房地产开发65%的权益
中国恒大(03333)发布公告，于2024年1月25日，转让方恒大地产集团粤东有限公司，一家公司的附属公司，与(其中包括)受让方汕头市恒耀房地产开发有限公司签订协议，据此转让方将其持有项目公司的65%权益转让予受让方，总代价为人民币1.38亿元。
作为交易的一部分，项目公司将免除转让方及其联系人对其的部分债务，金额为人民币3.76亿元。
项目公司汕头市恒明房地产开发有限公司是依照中国法律于2005年10月14日成立的有限责任公司，由转让方持股65%，合资方持股35%。项目公司负责该项目的发展。该项目位于汕头市濠江磊口至过溪洋片区，合作地块占地面积445.4亩，于2017年8月27日开盘，已售47.88万平方米，涉及保交楼套数1145套。
由于集团流动性问题，该项目处于停工状态。截至2022年及2023年12月31日止两个年度，项目地块、地块上的在建工程以及地块的房地产经营开发权没有产生任何租金收入。
公告称，集团流动性问题对项目开发和进度造成负面影响。出售事项将盘活集团的项目，推动存续项目的复工复产，保障项目投资人、债权人、购房者合法权益和利益。
