中国再生医学(08158)委任中正天恒为新任核数师
中国再生医学(08158)发布公告，于2024年1月25日，长盈(香港)会计师事务所有限公司(长盈)向董事会递交辞呈函，辞任公司核数师一职，即时生效。于2024年1月25日，董事会向长盈送达一份通知，表示经考虑公司的成本效益因素，以及公司未能与长盈就审核集团截至2023年12月31日止年度的综合财务报表(年度审核)的审核费用达成共识，董事会决议建议长盈辞任公司核数师，以聘请另一名核数师完成年度审核。
在审核委员会的推荐建议下，其已议决自2024年1月25日起委任中正天恒会计师有限公司(中正天恒)为公司新任核数师，以填补长盈辞任后的临时空缺，任期至公司下届股东周年大会结束时为止。
