云锋金融(00376)拟获授14亿港元的与可持续发展表现挂钩的定期和循环贷款
云锋金融(00376)发布公告，于2024年1月25日，公司(作为借款人)与多家银行组成的银团(作为原始贷款人)签订了一项融资协议，银团同意为公司提供港币14亿(附带绿鞋期权，可增加贷款额度至合约各方进一步协定的金额)的可持续发展表现挂钩的定期和循环贷款，贷款期限为三年，自融资协议签署之日起计算。签订融资协议展现了公司对长期可持续发展的承诺，可持续发展贷款将首先偿还现有的银行贷款，其次为集团的一般营运资金需求提供融资。
公告称，可持续发展贷款是激励公司在可持续发展表现方面取得进步的合理有效方式。
