天能动力(00819)：天能股份拟2.1亿元受让天能帅福得40%的股份
天能动力(00819)发布公告，2024年1月25日，天能电池集团股份有限公司(天能股份)与Saft Groupe SAS(帅福得)签署股份转让协议，以自有资金2.1亿元人民币等值美元受让帅福得持有的天能帅福得能源股份有限公司(天能帅福得，标的公司)40%的股份。本次股份转让完成后，天能股份将直接持有标的公司98.0369%的股份，天能股份全资子公司浙江长兴天能电源有限公司(天能电源)持有标的公司1.9631%的股份，天能股份合计持有标的公司100%股份。
据悉，标的公司天能帅福得经营范围为锂离子电池、镍氢电池、电池模组、电池系统总成、电池管理系统及配件的研发、生产、销售，电池材料(除危险化学品)的研发、销售，蓄电池科技技术领域的技术开发、技术转让、技术咨询、技术服务，货物进出口、技术进出口，电动汽车销售，普通货运。
公告称，基于锂电市场行情变化，天能股份战略选择储能业务作为天能股份锂电发展方向，并正式成立储能事业部，承接天能股份储能系统生态的发展战略。本次与帅福得合作方式变更，双方就未来2-3GWh的年采购意向达成初步共识，这也将对天能股份储能业务产生正面积极影响。
