LHN(01730)附属就位于新加坡的医疗专业人士住宿设施订立设计、改造及营运合约
LHN(01730)发布公告，于2024年1月25日，该公司的间接全资附属公司Chua Eng Chong Holdings Pte. Ltd.与MOH Holdings Pte Ltd(MOH Holdings Pte Ltd为新加坡公共医疗集群-国立大学医学组织(National University Health System)、国立健保集团(National Healthcare Group)及新加坡保健服务集团(Singapore Health Services)的控股公司)订立住宿设施合约，以就位于100 Ulu Pandan Road及60 Boundary Close的两个医疗专业人士指定住宿设施进行设计、改造及营运(合约)。两个住宿设施计划于2024年下半年开始营运，并将为约700名医疗专业人员提供住宿。
上述合约预期不会对集团截至2024年9月30日止财政年度的每股综合有形资产净值及每股综合盈利产生任何重大财务影响。
