卓悦控股(00653)：拟议综合住宅发展的申请获城市规划委员会批准
卓悦控股(00653)发布公告,经基金普通合伙人告知，城市规划委员会已于2024年1月12日授出就根据香港法例第131章城市规划条例第16条作出申请的批准，准许待达成若干条件后物业所处新界荃湾“综合发展区(6)”区、丈量约份第443之444(包括S.A.及RP)、458、464、484及488号地段及毗邻政府用地进行的拟议综合住宅发展(略为放宽最大地积比率及建筑物高度限制)。
公司的全资附属公司卓悦投资管理有限公司为基金的有限合伙人且于基金拥有75%的权益。基金的业务及目的(其中包括)为通过持有、运营及变现于物业的投资产生长期资本增值。物业由基金通过傲林有限公司100%持有，该公司为物业的100%法定及实益拥有人。
