三巽集团(06611)与安徽乔艺订立2024年景观设计服务框架协议
三巽集团(06611)发布公告，由于景观设计服务框架协议已于2023年12月31日到期，而预期集团将进行其项下拟进行的交易，于2024年1月25日，该公司与安徽乔艺订立2024年景观设计服务框架协议。集团可委聘安徽乔艺为集团的物业开发项目提供景观设计服务，包括景观设计及规划、建设、园艺及维护(景观设计服务)。
安徽乔艺于上市前一直向集团提供景观设计服务。其于景观设计服务方面拥有丰富经验，熟悉集团的要求及标准，可向集团提供具竞争力的价格。根据2024年景观设计服务框架协议，集团能够委聘安徽乔艺继续向集团提供景观设计服务。
