保诚(02378)：Mark Saunders将获委任为非执行董事
保诚(02378)发布公告，Mark Saunders(马崇达)获委任为非执行董事，Saunders 先生将加入董事会，自2024年4月1日起生效，并将成为审核委员会及风险委员会成员。
David Law(自2015年9月起为董事会成员，并自2017年5月起担任审核委员会主席)将于2024年5月23日举行的股东周年大会结束时从董事会退任，并因此不会寻求重选连任。
