濠暻科技(02440)：盘嘉盈将获委任为公司秘书及授权代表
濠暻科技(02440)发布公告，张潇女士将辞任公司的公司秘书，香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第3.05条项下的公司授权代表，及根据上市规则第19.05(2)条及香港法例第622章公司条例所规定于中国香港代表公司送达法律程序文件及通知的代理人(法律程序文件代理人)，自2024年2月29日起生效。
盘嘉盈女士获委任为公司秘书、授权代表及法律程序文件代理人，将于2024年3月1日起生效。
