中铝国际(02068)大涨超19%，截至发稿，涨19.20%，报1.49港元，成交额515万港元。
消息面上，1月24日，国新办举行发布会，国务院国资委产权管理局负责人谢小兵介绍，国务院国资委将进一步将市值管理纳入中央企业负责人业绩考核。在前期推动央企把上市公司价格实现相关因素纳入对于上市公司绩效评价体系的基础上，国务院国资委将把市值管理成效纳入对中央企业负责人的考核，引导中央企业负责人更加关注、更加重视所控股上市公司的市场表现，及时运用市场化的增持、回购等手段来传递信心、稳定预期，加大现金分红力度，来更好地回报投资者。
海通证券指出，铝锭国内社会库存环比减少，截至23年12月21日，LME铝、SHFE铝、COMEX铝库存分别为50.82、11.20、4.48万吨，较11月末分别变化+10.6%、-6.9%、+27.2%，铝锭国内社会库存为44.6万吨，较11月末减少15.2万吨。供应收紧下铝价有望维持偏强，因此该行推荐具备规模优势，成本低，有成长性的电解铝公司。
