中国健康科技集团(01069)拟与宁夏可托牧人发展有关滩羊多元化贸易的业务
中国健康科技集团(01069)发布公告，于2024年1月24日，公司与宁夏可托牧人云牧场养殖有限公司(宁夏可托牧人)订立不具法律效力及约束力的战略合作备忘录，双方同意合作共同在中国发展有关滩羊多元化贸易的业务。
根据战略合作备忘录，为共同发展合作业务，公司负责监管滩羊养殖场的市场营运，而宁夏可托牧人将为公司销售提供滩羊及负责养殖场的管理与营运。双方将共同提供市场营销及销售人员以负责合作业务的推广及销售工作。双方将于适当时候就合作业务订立正式协议。
董事会认为，集团与宁夏可托牧人签署战略合作备忘录，将有利于集团发展滩羊相关的新业务活动。新业务活动乃集团实现业务及收入来源多元化的良机，最终可提升集团的财务表现及盈利能力。董事会认为，开展新业务活动不仅可扩充集团主要业务，亦可为集团的营运带来协同效应。
