中国东方航空股份(00670)：东航电商拟1.26亿元收购东航传媒55%股权
中国东方航空股份(00670)发布公告，2023年12月14日，公司第九届董事会第27次普通会议审议通过了《关于东航电商收购东航传媒55%股权的议案》，董事会一致同意东航电商以非公开协议方式收购中国东航集团所持东航传媒55%股权，收购价格以经上级国有资产监管机构备案的资产评估价值为基础确定。
2024年1月24日，公司的全资附属公司东航电商与中国东航集团签署《合同》，东航电商收购中国东航集团所持东航传媒55%股权，股权收购价款为人民币1.26亿元。
东航传媒主要从事东航企业文化宣传、机上娱乐资讯服务、航空媒介广告营销、创意策划、设计制作、会展服务、代理东航广告传播和市场推广业务、东航文创、机上免税品经营等。
东航电商收购东航传媒股权，有利于公司在数字化时代，通过线上媒体和线下媒体的深度融合，传统媒体和新兴媒体深度融合，促进公司未来的发展。依托东航大电商平台建设，明确东航互联网官方直销平台的定位，加快传统媒体数字化转型，满足旅客多方面消费需求的高频应用场景，提高会员活跃度和黏性，实现线上自销机票及辅营产品的营销目标，持续推动东航建设世界一流企业。
