美东汽车(01268)已部分购回于2027年到期可换股债券并将注销
美东汽车(01268)发布公告，截至2024年1月24日，已购回本金总额为3.15亿港元的债券(已购回债券，占初步发行债券的本金总额约11.45%)。已购回债券附带权利转换为703.78万股(向下约整最接近完整股数)换股股份(基于截至本公告日期的现行换股价每股换股股份44.7582港元计算)。董事会认为，购买已购回债券不会对公司的财务状况造成重大不利影响。
已购回债券已经(或将尽快)注销。注销后，债券的未偿还本金总额为24.25亿港元(占初步发行债券的本金总额约88.18%，附带权利于注销已购回债券后以现行换股价转换为5418万股(向下约整最接近完整股数)换股股份。
