优必选(09880)拟委任普华永道中天会计师事务所为核数师
优必选(09880)发布公告，于2024年1月24日，为避免工作量重复及节省成本，董事会审议并通过公司H股于联交所上市后持续根据中国企业会计准则编制公司的财务报表及披露相关财务资料，而非根据香港财务报告准则另外编制财务报表，自公司股东于公司即将举行的临时股东大会上批准之日起生效。
经审核委员会提供建议后，董事会于2024年1月24日议决拟委任普华永道中天会计师事务所(特殊普通合伙)为公司核数师，任期至公司即将举行的股东周年大会结束为止，须待股东根据公司章程于临时股东大会上以普通决议案方式批准。
于同日，董事会决议公司拟申请银行信贷，贷款银行包括：北京银行股份有限公司深圳分行、中国光大银行股份有限公司深圳分行、汇丰银行(中国)有限公司深圳分行、江苏银行股份有限公司深圳分行，最高银行授信额度分别为不超过人民币5亿元、不超过3亿元、不超过1亿元、不超过1亿元，以确保公司银行授信的延续性，及更好地支持公司的业务扩展。根据贷款银行的要求，公司的银行信贷申请须经股东批准。
