皇朝家居(01198)：广东恒诚与科学城(广州)建筑及广州建筑订立补充建筑协议
皇朝家居(01198)发布公告，于2023年2月10日，广东恒诚(公司间接全资附属公司)与科学城(广州)建筑及广州建筑订立建筑协议，广东恒诚同意委托科学城(广州)建筑(作为总承包商)及广州建筑(作为联合承包商)就建筑工程提供建筑服务，总代价约人民币1.82亿元(含税)。
鉴于项目因生产线重整而进行调整，于2024年1月24日，广东恒诚(公司间接全资附属公司)与科学城(广州)建筑及广州建筑订立补充建筑协议，据此协定就建筑工程提供建筑服务的总代价减至人民币约5167.67万元(含税)。
公告称，订立建筑协议及补充建筑协议以及发展及建设项目对集团有利，因为建筑工程将使集团能够製造傢俬及配件并进一步发展其主要业务(即设计、销售及制造傢俬)。
