国银金租(01606)与河北鸿蒙壹号风电订立融资租赁合同
国银金租(01606)发布公告，公司作为出租人与承租人(河北鸿蒙壹号风电有限公司)于2024年1月24日订立融资租赁合同，出租人以代价人民币14.5亿元向承租人购买租赁物，及出租人同意向承租人出租租赁物，租赁期为180个月。租赁利息于租赁期内总额共计约人民币5.8亿元。
据悉，租赁物为位于中国河北省的张家口市康保县的风力发电设备。租赁物的账面净值共计约人民币14.6亿元。
