微盟集团(02013)发布公告，该公司获董事会主席兼公司首席执行官孙勇涛透过其控制的实体Yomi.sun Holding Limited(Yomi. sun Holding)于2024年1月24日的公开市场交易中，以每股平均价约1.94港元购入合共245.4万股公司股份，相当于公司于本公告日期已发行股份总数的约0.09%。紧随增持事项后，Yomi.sun Holding和孙勇涛分别直接持有3.24亿股公司股份和被视为于3.24亿股公司股份中拥有权益，均相当于公司于本公告日期已发行股份总数约11.58%。
如孙勇涛所告知，进行增持事项乃由于彼对集团整体发展前景和增长潜力怀揣十足信心，不排除于合适时机在遵守适用法律及监管规定的前提下，进一步增持公司股份。
