巴克1798集团(01010)大涨超18%，截至发稿，涨18.60%，报0.51港元，成交额398万港元。
消息面上，巴克1798集团日前发布公告，配售协议所载的所有先决条件均已达成，而配售事项已根据配售协议的条款及条件于2024年1月17日完成。合共7404.9万股配售股份(相当于公司于本公布日期紧随完成后已发行股本约16.67%)已成功配售予不少于六名承配人，配售价为每股配售股份0.56港元。
配售事项所得款项净额在扣除所有相关开支(包括但不限于配售佣金、法律开支及代垫费用)后约为4000万港元。诚如配售公布所披露，公司拟将配售事项所得款项净额用作集团的一般营运资金及发展集团的业务。
