港股异动 | 浙江沪杭甬(00576)涨超4%领涨公路铁路股 行业压力或推动政策加速出台
公路铁路股早盘普涨，截至发稿，浙江沪杭甬(00576)涨4.16%，报5.76港元；广深铁路股份(00525)涨2.58%，报1.59港元；深圳高速公路股份(00548)涨2.15%，报6.17港元；安徽皖通高速公路(00995)涨1.42%，报7.83港元。
东莞证券指出，现行《收费公路管理条例》为2004年版。2013年以来交通运输部已起草三版修订稿，2022 年、2023年被列为年内完成部内工作或者公布的立法项目，2023-2024年行业压力加重，新版《收费公路管理条例》有望加速落地。参考2018年《收费公路管理条例（修订草案征求意见稿）》，有望延长收费公路经营期限，解决大量高速公路上市企业的中长期盈利期限问题。
该行指出，整体来看，高速公路板块高股息标的拥有着较强的防御属性，有望在不确定性的市场中实现确定性的收益。由于股息率可以简化为每股股利除以股价，若高速公路板块行情走弱则股息率收益将提升，考虑到2023年以来险资等中长线资金逐步入市，对于低波动、高分红的高股息标的存在一定偏好，我们认为将对高股息标的行情起到一定支撑。
