锅圈(02517)再涨超9%，续创去年11月上市以来新高累涨94%，截至发稿，涨9.62%，报11.62港元，成交额400万港元。
消息面上，据最新报道，我国预制菜的国家标准制定工作已取得重大进展，报送稿业已编制完成，预计在未来半年内有望得到官方确认并正式发布。该标准的最大的亮点是禁止添加防腐剂，同时必须冷链运输。
据悉，去年3月份，锅圈在广东地区尝试通过野餐露营场景打开预制菜市场，推出包括椰子鸡火锅、芝士虾滑饼、肥牛金针菇卷、凉拌毛肚、孜然羊肉等各类预制菜菜品。
在过去数年中，预制菜行业发展呈现出井喷态势，产业规模迅速扩大。艾媒咨询发布的《2023-2025年中国预制菜行业运行及投资决策分析报告》显示，2022年我国预制菜市场规模为4196亿元，预计2023年将达5100亿元，并有望在2026年升至万亿元。
