中国重汽(03808)发布公告，董事会及薪酬委员会已批准建议采纳限制性股票激励计划，该计划为一项仅由公司现有股份拨付的股份计划。
计划旨在：通过优化薪酬架构以保留及吸引人才;更好地将高级人员、员工及股东的利益结合在一起;及有效地激励集团管理团队及主要员工，从而促进集团的长远发展并使股东利益最大化。计划的实施须获山东重工事先批准并向山东国资委备案。公司将于计划获得山东重工批准及与山东国资委备案后发布公告。
