智美体育(01661)发布公告，自2024年1月23日起：沈伟已辞任执行董事及董事会薪酬委员会成员;郝彬已辞任执行董事、公司的公司秘书及授权代表;及叶国安已辞任独立非执行董事、董事会审核委员会及董事会提名委员会各自的成员。
自2024年1月23日起，任文已获调任为董事会联席主席并已辞任提名委员会主席。
自2024年1月23日起：黄文强已获委任为董事会执行董事、联席主席、薪酬委员会成员及提名委员会主席;任松已获委任为董事会执行董事及联席主席;李健辉已获委任为董事会独立非执行董事以及审核委员会及提名委员会各自的成员;及高文娟已获委任为董事会独立非执行董事。
经考虑郝彬辞任公司秘书后，董事会宣布陈鉅铭已获委任为公司的公司秘书，自2024年1月23日起生效。
