弘阳地产(01996)：高等法院尚未对弘阳集团发出清盘令
弘阳地产(01996)发布公告，于2024年1月23日，公司获其控股股东弘阳集团有限公司告知，Serica Agency Limited(呈请人)向香港特别行政区高等法院提呈针对弘阳集团有限公司日期为2024年1月19日的清盘呈请，要求高等法院根据香港法例第32章公司(清盘及杂项条文)条例颁令将弘阳集团有限公司清盘，理据为弘阳集团有限公司无法向呈请人偿还2.89亿美元，即弘昇有限公司所发行于2022年到期的2.75亿美元9.875%有担保优先票据项下的付款金额(包括直至2022年8月止的利息)。弘昇有限公司为弘阳集团有限公司的直接全资附属公司。弘阳集团有限公司为优先票据的担保人。
于本公告日期，有关呈请尚未进行聆讯，且高等法院尚未对弘阳集团有限公司发出清盘令。
