昭衍新药(06127)发布公告，预计2023年实现营业收入约人民币22.68亿元到24.95亿元，同比增长约0%到10.0%。预计2023年实现归属于公司股东的净利润约人民币3.11亿到4.18亿元，同比下降约61.1%到71.1%。
本期业绩预减的主要原因：期内医药行业投融资热度尚未见明显恢复，市场需求发生较大变化，竞争加剧。在行业整体趋势背景下，公司实验室服务业务收入保持稳定并小幅增长。可是由于订单价格下降，导致毛利率同比降低，实验室服务业务净利润同比下降。期内公司持有的生物资产因市价下跌，公允价值变动损失对业绩产生了消极影响。
