洲际航天科技(01725)与亚太空间合作组织订立总采购合约
洲际航天科技(01725)发布公告，于2024年1月23日，该公司与亚太空间合作组织(APSCO)订立具约束力的总合约，内容有关APSCO向集团采购“金紫荆卫星星座”的遥感卫星数据，期限自合约日期起至2024年12月31日止。
集团已开展航天业务(目前透过“金紫荆星座”项目进行)，其中包括智慧城市卫星大数据应用及解决方案;卫星测控;卫星制造;及卫星发射。订立合约后，集团可进一步发展其卫星营运业务，并从订单中获益。
合约有助开拓集团于APSCO所有成员国的卫星数据甚至其他航天产业的市场，加速公司对接APSCO成员国的效益，为公司带来潜在客户群。同时，鉴于合约属产生收益性质，令集团得以提高其盈利能力及收入基础，且价格将由订约方经公平磋商后厘定，因此董事会认为，合约的条款属公平合理，而订立合约符合公司及其股东的整体利益。
