港股异动 | 微盟集团(02013)早盘涨近7% 终止潜在业务重组 宣布股份回购与管理层增持计划
微盟集团(02013)早盘涨近7%，截至发稿，涨4.57%，报1.83港元，成交额1142.29万港元。
消息面上，微盟集团发布公告表示，终止1月16日公告的潜在业务重组计划。该计划涉及将公司全资附属公司上海微盟文化传媒有限公司约50%以上的股权进行潜在转让，并寻求目标公司在境内资本市场实现部分或整体上市。
董事会认为，终止有关潜在交易的磋商不会对本集团的业务营运及财务状况以及股东的整体利益造成重大不利影响。与此同时集团董事会将展开股份回购，同步微盟集团董事会主席兼首席执行官孙涛勇拟根据市场情况适时通过于公开市场收购公司股份，进一步增持公司股权。
