沛嘉医疗-B(09996)发布公告，于2024年1月19日及2024年1月22日，张一(董事长兼执行董事)及公司高级管理层使用自有资金按总代价76.8万港元从市场收购公司若干股份。
如张一及高级管理层所告知，增持股份乃基于彼等对公司在研产品研发充满信心，且不排除于适当时候根据法律法规进一步收购股份。
