凯莱英(06821)：调整2022年员工持股计划管理委员会委员
凯莱英(06821)发布公告，该公司于2024年1月22日以通讯表决的方式召开了2022年员工持股计划第二次持有人会议，审议通过了《关于调整凯莱英医药集团(天津)股份有限公司2022年员工持股计划管理委员会委员的议案》。由于公司2022年员工持股计划管理委员会主任委员姜英伟辞去管理委员会主任职务，委员杨蕊、委员张达、委员徐向科辞去管理委员会委员职务，为了更好地保障员工持股计划的整体利益，本次持有人会议决议选举刘金文为管理委员会主任，选举智欣欣、黄默、朱玲为管理委员会委员，与侯靖艺共同组成2022年员工持股计划管理委员会，任期与2022年员工持股计划存续期一致。
上述委员中，侯靖艺现任公司职工代表监事，智欣欣现任公司监事会主席;除此之外，上述委员与公司5%以上股东、实际控制人、董事、监事、高级管理人员不存在关联关系，均未在公司控股股东或实际控制人单位担任职务。
