希望教育(01765)发布公告，公司董事会获公司执行董事、首席执行官兼控股股东汪辉武通知，于2024年1月22日，汪辉武于公开市场交易购买合共2758.6万股公司普通股，总代价约为港币772.41万元。紧随购买后，汪辉武实益拥有合共16.65亿股股份，占公司于本公告日期已发行股份总数约20.24%。
