HSSP INTL(03626)附属拟408万港元出售柯式印刷机
HSSP INTL(03626)发布公告，于2024年1月22日，卖方恒生(兆保)印务(公司的全资附属公司)与买方新精明印刷订立买卖协议，内容有关出售资产(卖方就其印刷生产业务拥有的柯式印刷机)，代价为408万港元。
资产乃于截至2014年6月30日止年度收购，以扩大集团的印刷产能。然而，由于地缘政治紧张局势及发达经济体增长放缓，集团的印刷客户谨慎下单。因此，资产尚未悉数动用。董事会认为，出售事项的当前要约为集团变现资产及降低集团的维护及储存成本提供良机。此外，出售事项所得款项净额约403万港元将提升集团的流动资金及加强集团的财务状况。因此，董事会认为出售事项的条款属公平合理，且出售事项符合公司及公司股东的整体利益。
